During Magnus' time on theSupport team, he has developed an impressive new network of contacts, both within AMS as well as the Client organization. His support role has given him the opportunity to interact, not only with theorganization he has been supporting, but also with Clients from other parts of the organization. Through his involvement in thedeliverables he has gained extensive functional knowledge in Bill Formatting, and has over time become the natural point of contact for delivered functionality to the Test organization and Marketing Companies, to name a few. All this thanks to his ability to give fast and correct answers.
